Our body butter is made with our Original Tallow Lotion Bar base with a couple added ingredients for a smooth, creamy, quicker absorbing consistency with the same amazing skin benefits.

Our 4 ingredient lotion bar base:

1. Tallow - has a very similar chemical make up to our natural skin allowing it to absorb easily and deeply penetrate. It’s packed full of fat solution vitamins and shares similar fatty acids with our sebum (skin’s natural oils) making it the perfect choice for dry, chapped, irritated or sensitive skin. We get suet tallow from a local butcher and dry render each batch, ensuring it’s clean, top quality tallow.

2. Shea Butter - not only does it provides deep, long lasting moisture and is naturally full of vitamins but it’s the perfect consistency, solid at room temperature and melts right around our body’s natural temperature so it helps the bar glide right over your skin.

3. Beeswax - straight from my mom’s beehives! It’s not just a filler, it’s doing real work! It not only keeps the texture firm but it creates a breathable, protective barrier on your skin locking in hydration without clogging pores. And it’s naturally anti-inflammatory.

4. Essential Oils - we only scent our products with essential oils, never artificial fragrances. We have an unscented option and 4 scent options.

AND the added ingredients: jojoba oil for a smoother body butter consistency rather than a bar, and arrowroot powder which absorbs some of that extra greasiness and helps the lotion absorb into your skin faster.

Relax (lavender) - calming and soothing, great for bedtime (or anytime)

Rejoice (lemon, bergamot & orange) - a happy, uplifting citrus blend
