Ways to use the checklist: Print off a single sheet and write on it or laminate it and use it week after week. Or print off several weeks at a time, or a whole year, and put them in a notebook or have bound so you have a record of the school year.  

What's included? 4 different designs - 4 day/week and 5 day/week versions in each design. Theres also a blank version with lines for if you are printing and writing in the information and an editable version with text that can be customized. 

What to do when you get your order? There will be a list of links.

1. Choose the design you want, whether you want 4 or 5 day/week and if you want the blank or the editable.
2. Clink the appropriate link and it will take you to the template in Canva.
3. Open the template
4. Customize your checklist
5. Save to your Canva account
6. Download and print!

**You can also order a bound document straight from Canva. The checklist has been designed to be printed as a bound document.  Customize your checklist to your liking. Click the "Duplicate Page" button until you have your desired amount of weeks. (If you want specific dates on the "week of" line you'll need to customize each page individually.  Then simply click "Print with Canva" and choose bound document.
